• over 50 • have had a letter from Government • care or an older person
If so there are vaccination slots available tomorrow (Friday, 19 March between 10am and 630pm) at Bluecoats Gym Christs Hospital.
This offer is open to all employees and their households members over the age of 50 or how are in one of the 1st 9 priority groups due to a health condition.
If you are interested please use the attached booking form, the minimum needed is Name and DOB (anything else is a bonus).
